is about the chief of the police that is celebrating his 50th birthday and he wanted this rapper that he likes so much to come and perform in his birthday party, and the chief know that if he ask him nicely he will not agree, so the chief decided to kidnap him. The chief sent three police men and two police dog to go to this rappers house and kidnap him, and that is what they did.
