London Nights - Looking for film partner(s)

Recently started to look for film partners in Northern Ireland, to apply for the Ultra Low Budget Feature Film scheme and also because I will need contacts there anyway as a substantial part of the shoot is up north. I contacted the Nerve Centre in Derry and Gumtree Belfast. Anybody got any other ideas? Gordon
