28 Decades Later - What footage do I need?

Worked out the footage I am going to need.

Most is stock - from the news, previous 28.. incarnations, bits of Life After People, bits of the teaser for The Day After Tomorrow, some lush forest scenes a la the new Mark footage, 

Going to need to shoot one scene. The madness of the back story begins to fade and we can hear dialogue from the survivors - they have found something in the wreckage of old London - ominous signs.

A young boy makes his way slowly into a darkened basement, calling for his sister. She isnt answering, but we can sense a figure in the darkness, breathing heavily. As the boy grows closer, calling into the abyss, we can barely see the girl in pain on the ground.

He reaches out to her and suddenly she jumps up, zombied out of it, full of rage and hungry for flesh. She jumps foward and all hell breaks loose.

The boy runs towards the light. The rage is on his heels. He jumps towards the entrance but the raging eyes fill the screen.
