3rd Mutant Shorts Film Competition
We are big fans of The Stubb here at Crewger Towers and are deligthed to pass on some interesting news from Gemma in Cork...
"Just passing on some info about a film making competition coming up in Cork this June.
It's called Mutant Shorts, and this will be the third event of it's kind. It's a short film competition which always has a particular theme or challenge involved.
The last time, participants were asked to set their film in a kitchen, which led to some very interesting pieces. This time around, the setting is a sitting room..saying that it's a loose rule and can be interpreted as one wishes.
The last two Mutant Shorts events were very successful and brought together a lot of people with an interest in filmmaking. It's open to people from all over the country.

The prize is 5 days worth of rental from Cork Film Centre. Bear in mind that deadlines are a little loose..last time there were people still handing films in at the last minute!
