SHE-D: a 2nd Pilot Project

Synopsis:
A team of 14 humans are invited to create an unincorporated group regulated under a constitution, to join the space and to cover various functions for a medium long term art and work project. 100 euro per month plus bills will be the monthly costs. Guaranteeing participation to the group activities planned by assembly/curator teams and the attendance of regular meetings. Donations and funds will be shared to cover anticipated expenses on a three month bases or they will be reinvested for space improvement if some income would be obtained. Our main aim is to be a not for profit initiative, but there is also the aim to produce a salary from the produced income for the crew. The first 4 months will be for a training and a work in progress meant to refine the project. The persons will sign their contracts and the group will be established officially from the beginning. This includes the opportunity for artists and partners to become insured individually and possibly to establish their own sole trade.
